The Flinders Flow Cytometry Facility is a shared resource laboratory (SRL) of Flinders University and SA Pathology. The Facility provides flow cytometry services to local researchers including Flinders University, SARDI, Waite Research Institute and Biotechnology companies. Staff within the facility provide technical expertise and training and assist with project design and interpretation. State-of-the art instrumentation maintained by the facility includes the Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX S™ 13 colour analyser and AMNIS ImageStreamX Mark II multispectral imaging flow cytometer. The facility provides expertise in clinical, biomedical and environmental flow cytometry.
